*Buyer acknowledges and agrees they are an Authorized Buyer only when purchasing items bearing Sorority logos, designs, copyrights, or trademarks for an AKA member. Non-members are not permitted to purchase, own, or possess such items. Purchasing for any other reason is prohibited, and false representation authorizes the Sorority to (1) remove goods from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, eBay, Amazon, Etsy) and (2) repossess such goods. Buyer also waives any First Sale Doctrine rights to resell items bearing Sorority marks.
